Build means developing custom AI models from your domain data — data pipeline engineering, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment with a complete MLOps pipeline. We also fine-tune foundation models (LLMs, vision models) on proprietary domain corpora, and integrate AI models into your existing business systems.

Operate means keeping your models accurate as markets evolve — continuous drift monitoring, automated retraining pipelines, performance reporting, and incident response. We stay engaged after delivery, because a model that is not maintained is a depreciating asset.
